Parking damages, vandalism

If your rental vehicle is damaged by a third party while it is parked, report the incident immediately to our emergency call center at +41 (0)84 480 42 00. You may be asked to call the police.

Fill out an European Accident Statement and document the damage(s) on it. This form can be found in the vehicle or obtained at the time of return. Hand the completed form to a Dollar/Thrifty employee.
